Dr. Llanes completed his medical education in Cuba at the Universidad de Ciencias Medicas de la Habana; where he graduated in the top one-percent of his class. He practiced medicine in Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic as a general internist. Following this, Dr. Llanes completed a six – year Critical Care residency in Spain at the University Hospital San Pedro de Alcantara. During his time in Spain, Dr. Llanes published extensively and was involved in numerous quality improvement initiatives. As an attending physician in Spain, Dr. Llanes has experience teaching residents and medical students. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with his daughter and wife.
Dr. Cadet was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The State University of New York, The College at Old Westbury in Old Westbury NY. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. She matriculated at the American University of Antigua where she earned her medical degree. Dr. Cadet worked as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at New York Pain Management in Bronx, New York and also worked as a Registered Nurse at Nurse 24/7 in Wayne, NJ. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys traveling and hopes to one day travel to Haiti to provide medical care to the underserved community.
Dr. Gonzalez completed her undergraduate education in Finance from Fordham University and her MBA from Urbana University. She went on to earn a Master’s of Science as a Physician Assistant at Mercy College. Following her time in practice as a Physician’s Assistant, Marcella pursued her medical education at the American University of Antigua where she excelled. Dr. Gonzalez speaks Spanish, Italian, and German in addition to being an avid fitness enthusiast and traveler.
Dr. Kamoga graduated from Makerere University School of Medicine in Uganda. Following his medical education, Dr. Kamoga completed his residency training in general medicine and served as an attending physician with a focus on infectious and tropical diseases. During his time in the United States, Dr. Kamoga has worked as a researcher in infectious diseases at the Feinstein Institute at Northshore University Hospital. His interests include playing soccer and basketball, working on computers, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Kashyap was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from East Carolina University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her undergraduate studies, she was actively involved in volunteer activities and also worked as a clinical laboratory technician at Duke University. She went on to complete her medical education at SABA University in the Dominican Republic, where she served as chief student during numerous rotations. In her free time, Dr. Kashyap enjoys photography, traditional Indian dancing, and hiking.
Dr. Meyler graduated from CUNY Hunter College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and was a member of the Honors Program. She also served as research assistant and investigated the use of analgesics in HIV and cancer patients. Throughout her undergraduate studies, Diana worked as a pharmacy technician and volunteered at numerous community organizations. Her drive to serve her community led her to pursue her medical education at St. George’s University in Grenada, where she performed impressively. In her free time, Diana is an avid traveler and photographer.
Dr. Singh was awarded his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Chemistry from Union College. Subsequently, he completed his medical education at the American University of Antigua, where he was very active in community outreach and volunteer work. Dr. Singh also obtained his MPH from SUNY Downstate during his medical education. Rohan has a strong interest in the overlap between Behavioral Health and Internal Medicine, and has published in this area. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, basketball and performing voice impressions.
